My Approach to Wellness
I’m Dr. Justyn Bonomi, a Doctor of Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine.
My practice is rooted in classical Taoist principles—the foundations of Traditional Chinese Medicine—integrated with modern bio-energetic and neuroplastic approaches. In plain terms: I combine time-tested, ancient modalities with evidence-informed methods that help the nervous system and energy body re-pattern from the inside out. In even plainer terms: I bridge Spirit and medicine within the body.
I view each person as an individual ecology of mind, body, heart, spirit, and emotion—distinctive parts of a system, designed to move in dynamic balance with the whole. Optimal health isn’t a fixed point; it’s a living flow. My work focuses on clearing stagnation, reconnecting internal circuits, and restoring unobstructed movement of Qi (life force) so your system can self-organize toward harmony. This is the natural flow of life that we were created to experience.
Clinically, my aim is to treat the root. However, I always treat the symptoms as well, especially if it brings my patient significant relief. Whether I’m addressing more superficial signs of facial aging, musculoskeletal postural misalignment from an old injury, or internal patterns such as PCOS, metabolic imbalance, hypertension, vertigo, migraines, or chronic pain, I follow the same system: identify what’s driving the pattern, treat at its source, and support the body’s capacity to heal and sustain the new state of Being that is free from suffering.
Sometimes the root is physical—musculoskeletal tension, inflammation, or impaired circulation. Other times it lives in subtler layers—stress chemistry, emotional patterning, or belief systems shaped by lived experience and ancestral imprinting. Wherever the blockage resides, I help bring it into awareness and resolve it with precise, individualized, and compassionate care.
Over the past 13 years I’ve trained with teachers and masters from diverse lineages and cultures. I now weave the most effective techniques into a general cohesive approach. I combine traditional Chinese Medicine with regenerative cosmetic procedures, gentle manual therapies, specific breath and micro-movement patterns, and guided meditative practices that cultivate nervous-system resilience and an optimal state of mind-body.
The goal is harmony—within you and with the world around you. When harmony returns, we don’t just manage symptoms; we transition from surviving to truly thriving.
If you’re ready for care that is grounded, soulful, and clinically precise, I’d be honored to work with you.
